Hazelnut flour cookies
Ingredients
- 500 g 00 flour
- 250 g hazelnut flour
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- salt
Procedure
Combine the two flours, sifting them together if possible. Add the sugar. On a pastry board, create a well and add the butter, eggs, and baking powder. Add a pinch of salt. Knead for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth.
Let the dough rest on the pastry board, or in the refrigerator, for about half an hour.
Take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 mm.
Cut the cookies with cookie cutters and bake them on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
